VHF频段大功率放大器的设计与实现

摘要 基于传输线宽带匹配及大功率合成原理,采用AB类功率放大器设计了VHF工作频段2000W功率放大器,提出硬件电路设计方法,并对其中的关键电路进行详细论述,最后对放大器的指标进行了测量和分析。设计工程中采用了推挽工作模式,选用向轴电缆阻抗变换器来实现宽带匹配。在30~88MHz工作频段内,测试结果表明该功率放大器增益大于60dB,波动小于1dB,输出PldB压缩点大于63dBm,效率大于45%。 Based on the principle of transmission line broadband matching and high-power combining, a VHF band 2000W power amplifier is designed using a class AB power amplifier. In the paper, the hardvtare circuit design methods are proposed, and the key circuits are discussed in detail. Finally, the amplifier specifications are measured and analyzed. In the design process, the amplifier adopts a push-pull operation mode, selecting a coaxial cable impedance converter to realize broadband matching. In 30-88MHz band, the test results show that the power amplifier gain is greater than 60dB, the gain fluctuafon is less than 1dB, the PldB output compression point is greater than 63dBm, and the efficiency is greater than 45 %.
