摘要
针对运营商现网UPA业务的速率调整集及其初始接入速率门限展开研究,以本地现网的配置情况为出发点,经过信令跟踪分析、参数优化对比,测试验证及主流数据业务上行速率的带宽指配分析。发现了现网UPA接入速率控制的一些配置问题,验证了更为合理的配置方案。从而,解决了低速率数据业务的物理信道频繁重配,降低系统信令负荷,降低上行干扰,同时保证了高速率数据业务带宽指配的及时响应,二级调整,增强了用户体验。
This paper studies the current Telecommunication Company's UPA business rate adjustment set and the initial access rate threshold. By Taking the local telecommunication network configuration as a starting point, some configuration problems of telecommunication network UPA access rate control are discovered based on signaling tracking analysis, parameter optimization contrast, test validation and uplink rate bandwidth specification analysis of main stream data service, and a more reasonable configuration solution is verified. Thus, the physical channel frequent-reconfiguration of low rate data services is solved. This solution reduces the signaling overload, decreases uplink interference, and ensures the timely response of high data rate service bandwidth allocation. The user experience is enhanced by the two-level adjustment project.
