基于DSP的电动摩托车路况仿真检测系统研究

摘要 针对电动车实验室检测系统无法完全替代路检,无法复现故障的问题,设计了一套路况仿真检测系统,搭建了以TMS320LF2407A为核心的控制电路,在实际路况数据库的基础上,控制磁粉制动器和有刷直流电机对电机实现加载和拖动,实现对电动摩托车实际行驶路况控制器驱动过程的仿真,实验结果表明仿真检测系统已经可以实现实验室内对电动摩托车实际行驶过程的仿真。 According to the laboratory detection systems can not completely replace the electric motorcyle road inspection and unable to reproduce the problem, this paper designed a real road condition simulation and test system, developed a control core-board which was drived by DSP(TMS320LF2407A). Simulations and tests based on the database of road condition can be realized when the core drives the workbench using control algorithm. The experiment and application show that this test system has good performance, and achieve the design requirement.
