摘要
研究了微米木刨花模压骨伤夹板制品的形成方法,利用专用模压设备,阐述了实验方法,介绍了模压工艺,获取了关键工艺参数,将细胞裂解理论、微米切削技术转化应用到医学生物材料工程中,有效利用了废劣材、次小薪材,通过细胞重组和模压成型提高了木材的利用率。
The forming method of orthopedics plywood products molded by micron wood shavings was studied. Using a dedicated molding e- quipment, the experimental method was elaborated. The molding process was introduced, and the critical process parameters were obtained. The cell lysis theory, the microns cutting technology was used into the application of medical biological materials engineering. The wastes of inferior materials and times small fuel wood were effectively used. Through cell reorganization and molding, the efficient utilization of wood was improved.
