摘要
以"高等院校食堂食品安全与卫生的评价"为实例,阐明了此次创新性实验的要点和体会,并分析了教师和学校在创新性实验中所起的独特作用。通过以学生主体参与,教师辅助指导,以创新性实验为载体,激发了学生的学习兴趣、动手能力和创新精神,极大地提升了学生的实践技能,团结协作协同创新能力和分析解决问题的能力。
With evaluation of food safety and hygiene in canteen of universities as example, the key points and personal experience of this inno- vative experiment was elaborated. The special function of teachers and students were analyzed. With innovative experiment as carrier, students as main body to participate and teachers' guidance as assistant, students' learning interest, practical ability and innovative spirit were inspired, collaborative innovation ability and problems solving ability were improved significantly.
