摘要 面对复杂化、人性化、全球化的管理实践,传统经济学的逻辑演化理论家和新兴管理学的经验经营学者在管理的实践与研究中表现出巨大分野,莫衷一是的"管理学丛林"削弱了管理研究的科学性,管理的合法性、价值性不断受到置疑。走出"管理学丛林"、解决管理学的"研究危机",需要批判与反思管理学研究中的各种理论假设。从研究意义上分析,理论假设是管理研究的逻辑基础,有助于界定研究视域、推动管理科学的研究创新。理论假设在构成上分为前提性的事实部分和推理性的结论部分,提出一个好的理论假设需要符合推理的逻辑性、陈述的明确性、实践的检验性。管理学中的理论假设一般分为以下四大类型:管理主体假设、管理客体假设、组织系统假设、管理环境假设。 Facing the complex, humane and global management practices, the logic evolution theorists of traditional eco- nomics and the new emerging experience operating scholars of management have shown great distinction in management practice and research. The uncertainty of "management jungle" weakens the scientific legitimacy of management. The legitimacy and value of management are constantly being questioned. We Need critique and reflect Various theory hypotheses in the study of management in order to go out of the "management jungle" and resolve management "research crisis". Analysis from the research sense, theory hypothesis is the logic basis of management research, and contributes to the definition of research scope, promotes the management research innovation. Theoretical hypothesis includes premise of facts and reasoning conclusion. To raise a good theoretical hypothesis need to comply with the logic of reasoning, clear statement, practice test. Management science theory hypothesis is generally divided into the following four types: manager hypothesis, employee hypothesis, organization system hypothesis, management environment hypothesis.
