摘要
目的:对BeckmanAU-5811和国产迈瑞BS800部分常规生化项目丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、尿素(BUN)、肌酐(CR)、尿酸(UA)、血糖(GLU)、钾(K)、钠(NA)、氯(CL)测定结果进行比对和偏倚评估,探讨不同实验室检查检测系统间检测结果的可比性。方法:以BeckmanAU-5811全自动生化分析仪为参考方法,以迈瑞BS800为实验方法,对患者血糖等9个项目进行检测,计算实验方法和比较方法之间的系统误差,判断不同检测系统测定结果的可比性。结果:实验表明BeckmamAU-5811和迈瑞BS800两检测系统精密度均较高,除血糖外两检测系统间的相关系数均大于0.975,系统误差临床可接受。结论:BeckmanAU-5811和迈瑞BS800两系统常规生化项目测定结果具有良好的一致性,国产迈瑞BS800使用配套系统能满足临床使用要求。
Objective To explore the comparabihty on the results of routine biochemistry items including AST.ALT,BUN,CR, UA . GLU.K.Na and C1 gained from between different analysis systems BeckmanAU -5811 and domestic Mindray BSS00. Methods Beck- manAU-5811 automatic biochemical analyzer was reference method and Mindray BS 800analyzer was testing method based on EP9 -A2 file, 9 items including AST,ALT and BUN within serum of patients, the coefficient and the equation were utilized to estimate relative bias between laboratory method and comparison method, then the comparability of outcomes of different detecting system was able to judged. Results The precision of beth detecting system were perfect. The correlation coefficient of the both detecting system was above 0.975 ex- cept Glu. The system errors of the both detecting system were clinical acceptable. Conclusion there was good correlation and agreement for the results obtained by BeckmanAU -5811 and domestic Mindray BS800 total automated biochemistry analyzers. Mindray BS800 can meet the requirements for clinical need.
