30例脑出血早期血肿扩大临床分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨脑出血后早期血肿扩大的发生率、影响因素及防治措施。方法:对30例脑出血患者早期血肿扩大的临床和颅脑CT资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组脑出血早期血肿扩大的发生率为37.5%,早期血肿扩大与高血压、血肿形态、血肿量、血肿部位、凝血功能障碍、甘露醇的不恰当使用等有关。结论:认识并重视引起脑出血早期血肿扩大的影响因素,从而有效干预,将为脑出血治疗带来益处。
