摘要
首都机场T3航站楼金属屋面三次被风掀开,系屋面设计的负风压取值偏低所致。直立锁缝金属屋面的破坏,一般是从屋脊和山墙的节点开始,再向整个屋面蔓延。作者建议提高金属屋面的抗风力,设计时应严格执行GB 50009—2012标准,风荷载按最不利情况取值,施工前要完成一系列试验,施工中要采用优质配件等,只有这样,我国的建筑金属屋面才有安全保障。
It is pointed in this article the reason why part of the metal roof of T3 Terminal of BCIA has been torn off by strong wind three times is that,the negative air pressure of the roof designed is set too low. It is not unusual that breakage of standing seaming metal roof starts from joints of ridge and gable, and then spreads over the roof. The author suggests that in order to reassure the metal roof of China's buildings, many feasible measures should be taken, including strengthening wind resistance, designing strictly according to Standard GB 50009-2012,setting the values of wind load according to the ones under the worst condition, finishing a series of test before construction and using proper materials under construction.
