糖皮质激素在神经外科中的应用及展望

Application and Prospect of Glucocorticoid in Neurosurgery

糖皮质激素具有抗炎、抗休克、抗过敏和免疫抑制等药理作用,但其在神经外科的临床应用中尚存有争议。本文总结了糖皮质激素在中枢神经系统感染、脊髓损伤、高血压脑出血和脑创伤等疾病中的应用进展,并展望了糖皮质激素在神经外科的临床治疗应用。

Glucocorticoid has many pharmacological effects, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-shock, an- ti-allergic and immunosuppressive, but its clinical applications in neurosurgery is debatable. This paper summarizes the progress of glucocorticoid in infection of central nervous system, spinal cord injury, hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, brain trauma and other diseases and prospects the clinical applications in neurosurgery.
