热压型水性干法复膜胶的研制

摘要 以丙烯酸酯和苯乙烯(St)为主要原料、CO-459为阴/非离子型复合乳化剂、H-843为水性增黏剂和双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)/己二酰肼(ADH)为特殊交联体系,采用半连续预乳化种子乳液聚合法制备热压型水性干法苯丙乳液复膜胶,并探讨了乳化剂、DAAM、ADH、增黏剂和生产设备等对苯丙乳液的聚合稳定性、使用性能等影响。结果表明:当w(总CO-459)=0.9%、w(DAAM)=0.8%、w(ADH)=0.5%和w(H-843)=0.5%(均相对于总投料的质量而言)时,相应乳液的聚合稳定性良好、剥离强度较大,并且其复膜后可进行模切、凹凸、压纹和热压等工艺操作,具有良好的应用前景。 With acrylates and styrene (St) as main raw materials, C0-459 as an anion/nonionic-compound emulsifier,H-843 as waterborne tackifier and diacetone acrylamide (DAAM)/adipic dihydrazine (ADH) as special crosslinking system,a hot-pressing type dry-waterborne laminating adhesive based on styrene-acrylate emulsion was prepared by semi-continuous pre-emulsification seed-emulsion polymerization,and the influences of some factors such as emulsifier,DAAM,ADH,tackifier and production equipments on polymerization stability and application properties of styrene-acrylate emulsion were discussed. The results showed that the corresponding emulsion had good application prospect because it had good polymerization stability and larger peeling strength, and its laminating product could be used for die-cutting,concave-convex,embossing,hot-pressing and other process operations when mass fractions of total CO-459,DAAM,ADH,H-843 were 0.9% ,0.8% ,0.5% and 0.5% respectively in total feeding.
