摘要
采取田间贮藏的方法,探讨凉薯在不同处理条件下的质量变化情况。试验结果表明,无稻草覆盖不加膜处理最先腐烂变质,只盖稻草处理可将凉薯的贮藏时间延长6 d;先盖稻草后拱棚覆膜处理和先拱棚覆膜后盖稻草处理可将凉薯的贮藏时间延长15 d;直接窖藏可将凉薯的贮藏时间延长32 d;表面风干后窖藏可将凉薯的贮藏时间延长38 d。
The paper discussed the quality change situation of Pachyrhizus erosus under different processing conditions by using the field storage method.The results showed that P.erosus rot first without straw and membrane covered on,and the storage time could be prolonged by 6 days with straw covered on.The storage time was prolonged by 15 days while P.erosus was covered with straw first and then with arched shed or was covered with arched shed first and then with straw.The storage time was increased by 32 days when P.erosus was directly stored in caches,while the storage time was prolonged by 38 days when P.erosus was dried on the surface first and then stored in caches.
