摘要 设计了切削力测试试验,对数控车床切削45钢切削用量对切削力的影响进行了试验研究,重点分析了切削用量对主切削力的影响规律。设计了切削用量对切削力影响单因素试验和正交试验,并对试验结果进行了分析,根据正交试验结果对主切削力经验公式进行了拟合,结果表明:切深和进给速度对切削力的影响显著,切削速度对切削力的影响不显著,该经验公式具有较高的预测精度。 The cutting force test experiments is designed, the experiment research of the influence of cutting parameters to cutting force when 45 steel is cut on CNC lathe is conducted, the influence disciplinarian of cutting parameters on the main cutting force is analyzed especially. The single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments are designed to research the influence disciplinarian of cutting parameters on the cutting force, the results of the experiment are analyzed, the empirical formula is fitted based on the orthogonal experiment results. The cutting depth and feed rate significantly impact on the cutting force, and the influence of cutting speed on cutting force is very small, so the empirical formula is accurate and reliable.
