微细车铣机床的动态特性仿真分析

摘要 微细车铣切削技术无论是在生产率还是在加工表面质量上,较其它加工技术而言,更适合于微细轴类零件和具有复杂型面的微小型零件的加工。本文在对已完成的WCX-1型微细车铣机床机械结构设计基础上,基于ADAMS和UG软件,针对WCX-1型微细车铣机床进行了整机的动态特性仿真分析,预测机床的动态性能和实现优化设计,为微细车铣机床的动态优化设计提供了重要的参考依据。 Micro-turn-milling has superiority on the productivity and the quality of work pieces, and is more suitable to machine micro-shaft parts and desirable miniature parts based on the turn-milling technology. Analysis of dynamic characteristics of WCX- 1 micro-turn-milling machine is finished based on ADMAS software and UC, software in this paper. The results forecasts dynamic characteristics of machine and realize optimization design. It also provides important reference frame of dynamic optimization design of micro-turn-milling machine.
