摘要
为了提高螺旋齿圆拉刀的设计精度以及生产效率,开发出螺旋齿圆拉刀CAD系统。利用VB语言对SolidWorks进行二次开发,实现拉刀的三维参数化设计,并利用有限元软件ABAQUS/Standard建立正交金属拉削有限元模型,确定设计螺旋齿拉刀参数的合理性。
Improve the precision of the design of helical broach and the efficiency of production, the CAD systems of helical broach had been developed. Solidworks is used to realize the secondary development of three-dimensional parameterized design of broach. An elastic-plastic finite element model is developed and the process of chip separation is simulated using ageneral purpose finite element computer code,ABAQUS/Standard, its various elements are investigated, to ana- lyze their reasonable.
