摘要
分析了硬质合金钻头在加工40Cr时的切削加工过程,从中比较了不同涂层材料的硬质合金钻头对被加工材料的切削性能及寿命。总结了加工40Cr时最为优化的涂层材料,从而提高刀具寿命和被加工件的表面光洁度,改善断屑和排屑。
Discuss the coating of drill in view of the 40Cr drilling processing, compared the different coating material carbide drill the cutting performance and life. Concluded in the processing of the most appropriate when 40Cr drilling, which is especially in chip-separation and chip-break ,improve the service life of cutting tools and the product surface finish.
