摘要
基于HNC-21T数控系统介绍了数控加工中刀尖圆弧半径补偿与刀具磨损补偿的方法。分析了进行刀尖圆弧半径补偿的原因,介绍了HNC-21T系统数控车床加工中前置刀架上车刀的刀尖方位,并以实例说明刀尖圆弧半径补偿和刀具磨损补偿在数控加工中的应用。
The methods of tool nose corner radius compensation and tool wear compensation based on HNC -21T CNC system were presented in this paper. The reason of the compensation for the tool nose corner radius was analysed. The locating code of cutting tool tip on front tool carriage in turning machining of HNC -21T CNC system were introduced. The application of tool nose round radius compensation and tool wear compensation in NC machining was showed by examples.
