摘要
针对薄壁铝合金零件的加工变形,反复试验了控制该变形的工艺技术。通过选择刀具角度、材料、切削要素、加工流程、夹紧力、切削液等参数,解决了薄壁铝合金精度高、加工变形的难题,提高了加工质量,保证了零件的尺寸精度和形位公差。
The process method to control machining deformation of aluminum alloy thin-wall parts is provided by repeated trials. By selecting reasonable parameters, such as cutting-tool angle, material, cutting element, machining process , clamping force and cutting fluid, the problem of machining deformation of high-precision aluminum alloy thin-wall parts is solved, the processing quality is improved and the dimensional and tolerance of form and position accuracy of the parts are ensured.
