摘要
针对CL-1A粗糙度轮廓仪在测量工件过程中存在调整复杂、测量不精确、效率低等一系列问题,通过对工件支承架的改进,强化支承架结构,同时简化调整步骤,不仅扩大了测量范围,而且提高了测量精度。
There are several problems in the measurements of Cl-1 A roughnessprofilometer, such as complicated ad- justment, inaccurate measurements, low efficiency. By improving the workpiece supporting frame, the structure is strengthened, the adjustment steps are simplified, and the measurement range and precision are improved .
