摘要 通过模拟Comp.B炸药的(400kg)大落锤冲击实验,研究其在受到机械刺激时的力学响应以及热效应。通过模拟不同尺寸药柱以及不同落高落锤撞击,研究落锤实验中炸药的尺寸效应,可以解决太大或太小尺寸的药柱不能进行实验的问题。同时分析了变形过程中的温度升高以及能量变化,对于炸药的热力学性能进行了一定研究。 This article b.ave stumea me mecnaaical response and thermal effects when subjected to mechanical stimulation by simulating Comp. B explosives (400kg) large drop hammer impact experiments. The effects of different sizes of explosive were investigated using the model, result shows that size of explosive sample and the height of the high- mass drop weight are significantly related with the stress peak at bottom of specimen. In the same time, thermodynamic process is simulated in the high - mass drop weight impacting. Tempera- ture rise in the adiabatic compression and energy transfer were studied, the calculated results show the heat effecct of the material.
