基于拓扑优化的水下航行器壳体设计

摘要 为了能够有效地降低水下航行器耐压壳体的重量,以耐压壳体的概念设计为研究内容,使用ANSYS二次开发语言,对壳体进行了基于渐进结构法的拓扑优化方案,并对各方案作以比较,最终形成了拓扑优化后的耐压壳体设计方案。优化结果表明,其结构型式十分新颖,值得深入地探讨。 In order to be able to reduce the underwater vehicle pressure shell weight effectively, in view of the conceptual design of the pressure hull as the research content, the use of ANSYS secondary development language, for shell based on the evolutionary structural topology optimization solution method ,and the solution in comparison, finally formed after the topological optimization of pressure hull design,optimization results show that the structure pattern is very novel, is worthy further study.
