摘要
针对CPM康复器中所用直流电机固有机械特性比较"硬",不适于利用机械特性曲线间接测量电机扭矩的问题,给出了利用控制电压、电枢电流和扭矩3者之间的关系,间接测量的方法。在LabVIEW软件开发环境和NI ELVISⅡ+实验平台基础上,通过实验验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。对提高CPM康复器的使用安全性,简化结构设计和降低成本有实用价值。
Being aimed at the problem that the intrinsic mechanical feature of DC motor used in CPM rehabilitation apparatus is so "hard" that it is inapplicable to measure motor's torque T indirectly by use of its mechanical feature curve. This paper presents a method to measure motor's torque indirectly according to the relations between control voltage, armature current and. On the basis of LabVIEW and NI ELVIS II experimental platform, the feasibility and validity of this method were verified with experimental results. The method has practical significance for improving CPM Rehabilitation Apparatus' s safety, simplifying its mechanics design, and decreasing costs.
