摘要 针对广州海洋地质调查局"海洋六号"科学考察船ROV(remote operated vehicle)机器人,研发了一种深海沉积物温度梯度探测作业工具。该探测工具具有多通道、低功耗系统硬件架构。硬件部分为温度检测电路、姿态检测电路、数据存储电路和通讯电路等。软件部分为下位机工作流程、数据处理过程。经过实验室恒温槽试验、固定精密电阻试验和海上试验,设计达到所要求的温度测量精度0.01℃和分辨率0.005℃,实现对深海沉积物细微温差的高精度测温。 This design aims to providing a detective probe for measuring temperature gradient of abyssal deposit which can be used as a tool for ROV robot by Guangzhou Marine Geological Survey's first deep - sea exploration vessel Marine 6'. Its hardware system architecture is designed to multi - channel and low - power dissipation. On the hardware side, the detailed instruction includes temperature measurement, position measurement, data store and communication circuit. On the software side, we introduce the working process of the main program on CPU, process of data. According to a large set of experiments, such as thermoelec- tric thermostat test, fixed precision resistance test and sea test, the design meet the requirements which measurement accuracy of temperature is 0.01 high ℃ and resolution ratio is 0. 005 ℃,and precision temperature measurement in realize small temperature difference of abyssal deposit.
