船用多路循环检测固定式一氧化碳分析仪的研制

摘要 研制了一种多路循环检测的船用一氧化碳分析仪,实现对船舶多个密闭舱室一氧化碳浓度的监测测量。该一氧化碳分析仪可在0~1000μL/L浓度范围内对8个采样点附近空气中一氧化碳浓度进行预抽巡回采样测量,可满足船舶多个密闭舱室一氧化碳浓度的监测和测量要求。 A new carbon monoxide analyzer with multi-channels cycle sampling system was successfully developed to detect the CO concentration of multi-points in ship cabins. The measuring range of the CO analyzer was 0-1000μL/L and it could handle 8 air samples simultaneously by pre-vacuum and multi-chan- nels cycle sampling system. The results showed that the performance indexes of the CO analyzer were in a- greement with the demands in analyzing the CO concentration in different cabins on ships.
