高效液相色谱仪在许多领域应用日益广泛,又因为它主要靠进口,价格比较昂贵,所以它的使用和维护显得十分重要。笔者根据自己的经验,阐述仪器在使用中应注意的问题,从而达到节约仪器耗材、延长仪器使用寿命的目的。

HPLC is widely used in many fields. Established on my own experience, I state some problems should be noticed during the using of HPLC so as to achieve the objective of reduce consume expend and increase of service life of the instrument.
