摘要 不经过任何修饰的壳聚糖,在酸性溶液中易水解,直接应用范围窄。通过对硅藻土处理过的壳聚糖进行凝胶法造粒,经环氧氯丙烷交联剂交联、二乙烯三胺胺化剂胺基化、钼酸盐催化剂固定化,制备得一种不溶于酸、具有良好机械强度吸附能力强的交联壳聚糖衍生物固定化钼酸盐催化剂颗粒。该固定化钼酸盐催化剂在葡萄糖差向异构合成甘露糖的应用试验中,葡萄糖的转化率达到30%以上,有效重复使用率达到10次以上。 Chitosan without any modification is easily hydrolyzed in acidic solution, so its direct application scope is narrow.In this paper, chitosan was treated by diatomite, then the granulation was carried out by gel method, after crosslinking with epichlorohydrin and amination with diethylenetriamine, molybdate was immobilized on chitosan particles to prepare catalyst particles that have many characteristics, such as acid resistant ,good mechanical strength and strong adsorption capacity. In the application experiments of preparing mannose from glucose by epimerizationm, the conversion rate of glucose was above 30%,and the effective repeated use rate was above 10 times.
