广州石化蜡油加氢装置能耗分析及降耗措施

摘要 介绍了蜡油加氢装置的综合能耗组成,对装置能耗组成进行分析,并通过增加热联合利用率、取消燃料油改烧燃料气、高能耗机泵叶轮改造、压缩机增加无级调节系统、装置分馏系统优化操作等节能降耗措施,大幅降低装置综合能耗,从设计能耗17.23 kg Eo/t降低至2012年的6.13 kg Eo/t,成效卓著。 Base on analyzing the composition of comprehensive energy consumption, some counter-measures for energy conservation were put forward, such as increasing utilization of heat integration, using fuel gas instead of fuel oil; impeller transformation of the high energy consumption pump, adding a stepless regulation system for compressors and so on. After the improvement, much energy was saved ,and energy consumption was reduced from 17.23 kg Eo/t in the design to 6.13 kg Eo/t in 2012.
