摘要
针对重整生成油C6组分加氢脱烯烃反应器压降上升过快,影响装置长周期运行的难题,分析了主要的原因。通过采取改造反应物料加热器、选用新型选择性加氢催化剂HDO-18、控制原料中烯烃含量等措施,消除了反应器压降高的主要因素,延长了装置的开工周期。
In the hydrogenation reaction of olefin in reforming C6 components, reactor pressure drop often rises too fast and affects long-period operation of the unit. In this paper, main reasons were analyzed. Some countermeasures for solving above problem to prolong the operation cycle were put forward, such as revamping the reaction mass heater, using new selective hydrogenation catalyst HDO-18, controlling olefin content of the raw materials.
