摘要
着重论述炉型选择、炉管选材、炉管表面热强度、流速、流型、辐射管架的热膨胀、加热炉热效率和烟气露点腐蚀措施。液相柴油加氢反应进料加热炉设计的关键要素:反应进料加热炉炉型选择应优先选用炉管双面辐射炉型;炉管表面热强度应根据介质的油品性质、许用油膜温度,管壁温度等条件确定;流速应保证炉内压降的要求选择合适的流型;炉管材质的选择;辐射管架的热膨胀问题的处理;燃烧器选择与布置;炉衬结构的设计。
Furnace type selection, tube material selection, calorific intensity on the tube surface of heater, velocity of flow, flow patterns, radiant tube support expansion, heating furnace hot efficiency and flue gas dew point corrosion protective measures were introduced. Design key elements of liquid phase diesel hydrogenation reaction feed heating furnace were discussed. It's pointed out that furnace type with double-sided radiation tubes should be selected; calorific intensity on the tube surface of heater should be determined based on the nature of the medium oil, allowable oil film temperature, wall temperature and so on; appropriate flow pattern and tube material should be selected; thermal expansion problem of radiant tube support should be treated; burners should be reasonably selected and arranged; the lining structure should be designed.
