Residual Life Prediction of Long-distance Pipelines

由于服役环境的原因,长输管道经常存在大量的管道腐蚀缺陷,对管道的安全运行产生了危害,近些年来管道由于腐蚀而造成穿孔、泄露等事故频频发生,因此对管道的寿命预测变得越来越重要。运用理论法与ANSYS有限元法,在已知管道的腐蚀速率的前提下,对运营管道进行剩余寿命预测。

Due to the reason of working environment, long distance pipelines often have a lot of corrosion defects; these corrosion defects can affect the safe operation of the pipelines. In recent years, the punching and leakage accidents often happen, so the life prediction of pipeline is becoming more and more important. In this paper, under the condition of knowing the pipeline corrosion rate, the residual life of operating pipeline was predicted by the theory method and ANSYS.
