转光剂抗紫外整理工艺研究

摘要 转光剂能吸收紫外光发射可见光,应用于织物上可赋予织物抗紫外功能。文章从浓度、整理工艺等方面探讨了影响抗紫外整理工艺的因素,确定了转光剂的最佳抗紫外整理工艺为转光剂1g/L,分散剂六偏磷酸钠1.5g/L,并辅以100℃焙烘。 Light conversion agent could absorb ultraviolet light and emit visible light. When applied to the fabric, it could enable fabric with ultraviolet resistant function. In this article, the influence of anti-ultraviolet finishing process factors, including solution concentration, finishing process and other aspects were discussed. Then the optimum finishing process was as follows; solution concentration of light conversion agent 1g/L, sodium hexametaphosphate 1.5 g/L, and baking at 100 ℃.
