摘要
对2012年我国禽蛋市场形势进行了分析。2012年全国鸡蛋零售价格波动频繁,零售均价为9.50元/kg,与2011年同期相比大幅下跌5.6%。蛋鸡配合饲料价格同比大幅上涨,蛋鸡养殖效益连创新低。展望2013年,鸡蛋零售价格总体将高于2012年,蛋鸡养殖总体处于盈利状态。
This paper made an analysis on China＇s poultry egg market situation in 2012. The national retail price of poultry eggs fluctua- ted frequently in 2012, the average of the retail price was 9. 5 yuan per kilogram, and compared with the same period in 2011, the price dropped 5.6% . The price of hens increased sharply due to grain prices, the benefit of hens breeding reached the new low point. In 2003, the retail price of eggs in general is expected to be higher than in 2012 and hens breeding will make a profit.
