血清hs-CRP水平对急性心肌梗死PCI术后亚急性支架内血栓形成的预测价值

Predictive value of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels percutaneous coronary intervention in patients with acute myocardial infarction intervention postoperative subacute stent thrombosis

目的:探讨血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平对急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后亚急性支架内血栓形成的预测价值。方法:收集我院的120例急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料,均行直接PCI手术治疗,将其分为亚急性支架血栓组(n=45)和非亚急性支架血栓组(n=75)。均于手术前后6h抽其静脉血测定hs-CRP,之后每12h测定1次,至72h之后,改为每24h测定1次,连续测定1周,得出其最大值(峰值)。结果:亚急性支架血栓组患者hs-CRP峰值为(29.39±4.19)mg/L,明显高于非亚急性支架血栓组患者hs-CRP峰值(16.10±3.27)mg/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血清hs-CRP水平测定对急性心肌梗死PCI术后亚急性支架内血栓形成具有较高的预测价值;亚急性支架内血栓与血清Hs-CRP峰值水平呈正相关。

Objective： To investigate the serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） levels in predicating subacute stent thrombosis after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） in patients with a- cute myocardial infarction. Methods： Clinical data of 120 cases with acute myocardial infarction underwent PCI in our hospital was collected. And they were divided into sub-acute stent thrombosis group （n=45） and not sub-acute stent thrombosis group （n= 75）. Venous blood was pumped 6 h before and after surgery to detect hs-CRP, then it was detected once every 12 h. Until 72 h, the detecting frequency was changedto once every 24 h for 1 week to get the peak value. Results： Peak value of hs-CRP in the group of sub-a- cute stent thrombosis patients was （29.39±4. 19） mg/L, whieh was significantly higher than that of the non-subacute stent thrombosis patients E（16.10±3.27） mg/L], and there was a significantly statistical difference between the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion. Serum level of hs-CRP has a high predictive value for the treatment of subacute stent thrombosis after PCI in patients with acute myocardial infarction, and acute stent thrombosis is positively correlated with serum hs-CRP peak levels.
