脑脊液引流速度对蛛网膜下腔出血患者血清ET-1、sICAM-1、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α及MMP、HSP的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究分析脑脊液引流速度对蛛网膜下腔出血患者血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1(sICAM-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)、热休克蛋白(HSP)的影响。方法:选取本院进行治疗的60例蛛网膜下腔出血患者为研究对象,将其根据脑积液引流速度分为A组(5mL/h组)20例、B组(10mL/h组)20例和C组(15mL/h组)20例,然后将三组治疗前与治疗后1、3d的血清ET-1、sICAM-1、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α及MMP、HSP水平进行比较。结果:B组的治疗后1、3d的血清ET-1、sICAM-1、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α及MMP、HSP水平均低于A组及C组,C组sICAM-1、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α水平低于A组,C组ET-1高于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑脊液引流速度为10mL/h时对蛛网膜下腔出血患者血清ET-1、sI-CAM-1、IL-6、CRP、TNF-α及MMP、HSP的影响更为积极,更有利于患者预后的改善。 Objective: To study the influence of cerebrospinal fluid drainage velocity on serum ET- 1, slCAM-1, IL-6, CRP, TNF-α and MMP, HSP of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods: A total of 60 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage in our hospital from April 2011 to December 2012 were selected as research object,and they were divided into group A(5 mL/h group)(n= 20 cases),group B(10 mL/h group) (n= 20 cases) and group C(15 mL/h group) (n= 20 cases), then the serum ET-1 ,slCAM-1, IL-6,CRP,TNF-a and MMP, HSP of three groups before the treatment and on the 1st and 3rd day afterthe treatment were compared. Results. Serum ET-1, slCAM-1, IL-6, CRP, TNF-α and MMP, HSP of group B on the 1st and 3rd day after the treatment were all lower than those of group A and group C, serum sI- CAM-1 ,IL-6,CRP,TNF-α of group C were lower than those of group A, ET-1 were higher than those of group A (all P〈0.05). Conclusion:Cerehrospinal fluid drainage velocity at 10 mL/h has more significant effect on serum ET-1, sICAM-1, IL-6, CRP, TNF-α and MMP, HSP of patients with subarachnoid hemor- rhage, and it is more benefit for the improvement of prognosis of patients.
