摘要
以唐菖蒲切花为试材,采用4%的蔗糖sucrose C12H22O11与不同浓度的硼酸H3BO3和氯化钴CoCl2.6H2O配成瓶插液,对唐菖蒲切花保鲜液进行筛选试验,从处理后切花的观赏值、鲜重、水分平衡值、开放率及瓶插寿命等指标综合考虑,以处理5(4%蔗糖+150mg/L硼酸+100mg/L氯化钴)对唐菖蒲的切花保鲜效果最好。
Screening tests of preserving solutions for cut flowers of Gladiolus hybridus Hort were conducted by using different concentrated solutions of boric acid (H3 BO3 ) and cobalt chloride (CoCl2· 6H2O) mixed with 4% C12 H22 O11. Test results revealed that T5 (4% C12 H22 O11 +150 mg/L H3BO3 +100 mg/L CoCl2· 6H2O)had the best effect on the cut flower freshness of Gladio- lus hybridus Hort in the aspects of the composite indexes of ornamental value, fresh weight, water balance value, blooming rate and florescence of the treated cut flowers.
