旅游业投资质量综合评价研究——以河北省为例

Comprehensive evaluation on the effect of tourism investment——A Case of Hebei Province

旅游业在我国国民经济发展中的地位越来越重要,在促进区域发展、解决就业等方面作用明显。通过分析5年河北省旅游业发展的相关样本数据,选取了经济效果和非经济效果的5个评价指标,构建旅游资源投资质量的综合评价模型,利用灰色关联的分析方法,定量地评价对河北省旅游资源的投资质量,并探寻其中的变化趋势和原因。

Tourism plays an ever increasingly important role in the economic development, with an obvious effect in both promoting regional development and employment. As Hebei Province has unique geographical advantages and rich tourism resources, its tourism industry development is even more important. In this paper the sample data from 2005--2009 in He- bei Province about the development of tourism were analyzed, based on which 5 evaluation indexes were established for the economic and non-economic effects and simultaneously, a comprehensive quality evaluation mode was built for the investment in tourism resources. By using gray relational analysis method and exploring its trends and causes the quality of in- vestment in tourism resources in Hebei Province was evaluated quantitatively, providing recommendations for improving the quality of investment in the tourism resources in Hebei Province.
