摘要
研究了高温浇注下(750℃)的ZA27合金枝晶形貌,用扫描电镜观察断口缩松处的组织形态,直观地澄清了羽毛状晶的三维枝晶形貌。结果表明,羽毛状晶是一种非常发达的树枝晶,宏观上具有典型的三维结构,枝晶朝多个方向生长;但在枝晶局部并排生长,分枝细密且形态发达。羽毛状晶体生长方向为<110>方向,是晶体学择优生长方向与外力综合作用的结果。
Feathery dendrite morphology was investigated at high pouring temperature(750℃) in ZA27 alloy.Especially,the effect of pouring temperature on dendrite 3-dimension morphologies was directly examined through observation on morphology characteristics of dendrites that bared in porosities on fracture surfaces using scanning electron microscope.The results show that feathery crystal was a very well developed dendrite and had the typical three-dimensional structure towards multiple directions;but the branching grew side by side and morphology developed in the local.The direction of feathery dendrite combined the preferred crystallographic growth direction and external forces,leaing to 110 direction.
