摘要
利用fMRI脑成像技术探讨了图形形状和颜色特征绑定的神经机制。根据图形不同特征设计了一种形状和颜色相互对比的实验任务,任务涉及到形状和颜色特征绑定问题。利用广义线性模型和BOLD信号分析法进行分析,结果发现:与控制任务相比,图像对比任务在枕叶、颞叶中回和下回、右侧中央前回、额叶上/中回等脑区有显著激活。简单任务激活区域较复杂任务较少,且知觉信息整合与右侧前额叶有关。
Functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) was used to investigate feature binding of color and shape of images.Reasoning task experiment was designed according to two different features of images.Each task involved feature binding problem.From GLM and BOLD signal analysis,the fMRI result shows: Inductive reasoning as contrast to baseline activated a larger number of brain regions including occipital gyrus,middle temporal gyrus and inferior temporal gyrus,right precentral gyrus superior frontal gyrus and middle frontal gyrus.The regions activated by simple tasks were reduced compared with those by complicated tasks,and the integration of sensory information was related to the right anterior frontal lobe.
