在当前教育大发展的时期,高等教育已经从精英教育向大众教育转变。为了真正培养出"具有综合能力和全面素质的应用型人才",探讨了地方应用型本科院校结合自身的特色,建立应用型人才培养模式。以计算机专业为例,从改革基本思路、培养目标、培养模式、培养方案四方面对计算机应用型人才培养模式进行了探索。

In the current period of rapid development of education, higher education has changed from elite education to mass education. The characteristics of local application-oriented institutions are discussed, and the cultivation mode of application-oriented talents is established. From the perspective of computer specialty, the personnel training mode is explored from the basic ideas, the training target, training mode, training program in the computer application.
