显微—红外光谱在矿物鉴定方面的应用

摘要 显微一红外光谱测试技术(Micro-FTIR)主要用于微区样品分析鉴定。利用显微镜观察被测样品的微观形态并直接测试样品特定部位的化学结构,得到该微区物质的红外谱图。通过实验建立了显微一红外光谱矿物分析方法,并建立了标准矿物红外光谱检索谱图库。利用此方法对碳酸盐类矿物、钠长石和更长石、角闪石亚种矿物、重矿物等样品进行了分析鉴定:在松辽盆地深层首次发现含有稀土元素的氟碳钙铈矿物;建立了钾长石有序度判别方法并在松辽盆地深层展开应用,取得了很好的应用效果。 The testing technique of FTIR Micro-spectroscopy ( Micro-FTIR ) is mainly used for the identification of the micro-region analysis of a sample. With the help of a microscope, the micro-forms of the testing samples are observed and the chemical structures of the specific parts of the samples are directly tested and analyzed to obtain infrared spectrograms of the minerals in the micro-regions. The mineral identifying and analyzing method by FTIR Micro-spectroscopy is established by means of the experiments, and furthermore the search library of infrared spectrogram for the standard minerals is built up. This method is used to analyze and determine carbonate minerals, albite and oligoclase, hornblende subspecies minerals, heavy minerals, etc.. Rare-earth-bearing parisite mineral was firstly discovered in Deep Songliao Basin by the above method. The distinguishing method of K-feldspar degree of order has been established and begun to be applied to in Deep Songliao Basin, finally much better effects are obtained.
