井楼油田微生物采油室内研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决楼八区块普通稠油开采问题,从井楼油田地层水中筛选10株菌种进行了降低界面张力及产气性能分析。研究表明L87菌具有很强的代谢产气、产表活剂能力,能够代谢糖脂类生物表面活性剂,降解原油大分子烷烃和沥青质,具有较高的乳化活性,可将普通稠油黏度降低至原来的61.6%左右。岩心实验检验证明,L87菌可使多孔介质内原油黏度降低至原来的50%左右、产出水界面张力降低至原来的60%左右,可提高采收率5%-6%,适用于井楼油田普通稠油的开采试验。 In order to solve the common problem of the heavy oil development in Block 8 of Jinglou Oilfield, 10 strains of the bacteria are screened from the formation water of the oilfield to conduct the interracial tension reduction and gas productivity analyses. The studies show that Strain L87 is characterized by pretty stronger gas and surfactant productivity by its metabolism, can metabolize glycolipid biological surfactants and degrade large-molecule alkane and asphaltene, so it is featured by much better emulsification. Just because of the above speciality, it can reduce the viscosity of ordinary heavy oil to 61.6% of the original. The core test proves that Strain L87 can reduce the viscosity of the crude oil in porous media to 50% or so and the oil-water interracial tension about to about 60%, improve oil recovery ratio by 5% -6%. Hence Strain L87 is feasible to the production test of the common heavy oil in Jinglou Oilfield.
