摘要 在微波照射条件下,以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,无溶剂"一锅煮"法环缩合芳香醛,乙酰乙酸甲酯和甲基脲,高产率制得N(1)-甲基取代的3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮。 Under microwave irradiation and solvent - free conditions, a series of new N ( I ) - methy substituted dihydropyrimidinones have been synthesized via one - pot BigineUi reaction of aldehydes, methyl acetoacetate and p -tolylurea with p -toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst in good yield.
