摘要
碳氢活化是有机化学领域研究的热点,它通常用来构建C-X键。作为一种绿色、经济的合成方法,碳氢活化得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文主要介绍了碳氢活化的研究现状,重点描述了过渡金属催化碳氢活化来构筑C-C、C-O、C-N键的研究进展,并对其应用前景及发展趋势进行了展望。
The research of C - H activation is a hotspot in the field of organic chemistry due to its effective construction of the C - X bonds. As a green and economy method for synthesis, the activation of C - H bond has been applied more and more widely. This paper mainly introduces the research progress of building the C - C, C - 0 and C - N bonds through the C - H activation catalyzed by transition metals. The application prospect has been depicted finally.
