摘要
建立了测定可乐中咖啡因含量的新方法。检测波长为286 nm;以去离子水和甲醇以5:5的体积比作为流动相;流速0.8 mL/min;咖啡因在质量浓度为10~50μg/mL范围内与峰面积有良好的线性关系。相对标准偏差为0.64%。该方法准确、简便、快速,适合可乐型饮料中咖啡因的测定。
A new method of detecting detection wavelength is 286 nm,with the content of caffeine in cola by using HPLC is established. The the deionized water and methanol in a volume of 5:5 as the flowing phase,the flowing speed is 0.8 mL/min. Caffeine and the peak area. has a good linear relation in the concentration range of 10 - 50μg/mL. The relatively standard deviation is 0.64%. The method is accurate, simple, rapid and suitable for the determination of caffeine in cola drinks.
