摘要
建立了喷墨墨水中禁用偶氮染料的定性检测方法。样品在柠檬酸盐缓冲溶液介质中用连二亚硫酸钠还原分解以产生可能存在的禁用芳香胺,选用适当的溶剂和适当的体积进行液-液萃取,以提取出溶液中的芳香胺,上层清液过滤后直接由配有质量选择检测器的气相色谱仪(GC/MSD)分析。对色谱条件进行优化后,样品的色谱分析时间仅需23min,且出峰很好,无明显干扰。该方法前处理简单、分析速度快、灵敏度高,满足喷墨墨水中禁用偶氮染料检验工作的测定要求。
Banned azo colorants in the Ink for Ink Jet Printing is established the qualitative detection method. Samples in the citrate buffer solution medium is decomposed to generate possible forbidden aromatic amine. Choose appropriate solvent and appropriate volume of liquid - liquid extraction to extract the aromatic amine solution, supernatant liquid is filtered and chosen by gas chromatography (GC/MSD) equipped with quality detector to analise. The chromatographic conditions were optimized, the chromatographic of sample to analise only costs 23 min, and the peak is very good, with no obvious interference. Processing in the front of the method is simple, with fast analysis speed, high sensitivity, and satisfy the banned azo colorants in the Ink for Ink Jet Printing qualitative detection requirements.
