摘要
详细的分析了炼油厂制氢装置常见的几种腐蚀类型,包括高温氢腐蚀、CO2腐蚀及碳酸盐应力腐蚀开裂。并提出制氢装置的高温氢腐蚀环境选材通常为20#钢和15CrMo;CO2腐蚀环境选材通常为奥氏体不锈钢;碳酸盐应力腐蚀开裂环境选材通常为304L,另外严重时还应要求焊后热处理。
Several comman kinds of corrosion including hydrogen corrosion, CO2 corrosion, and carbonate stress corrosion cracking of hydrogen unit in the refinery industry corrosion environment piping shall be 20# or 15CrMo.
