带式输送机工艺设计及主要部件的选型

The Belt Conveyor's Process Design and the Type Choice of Its Main Parts

结合相关设计经验,从安装和使用的角度对带式输送机工艺设计中存在的问题提出了改进。针对带式输送机多种布置形式,介绍了在不同布置形式中输送带、滚筒、托辊的结构选型及拉紧装置、制动和逆止装置的选用方法,结果表明,正确的选型能保证输送机稳定安全的运行。

Based on design experience, this paper offers improvement measures for problems in process design of belt conveyor from the perspectives of install and use. There are many forms of belt conveyors, the structure choice of eonbeyor belt, drums and idlers are introduced in different types. And the choice situations of tension devices, braking, back stop are also introduced. The results show that proper type choice can ensure steady operation of belt conveyor.
