摘要
云南建水锰矿有限责任公司采用微动力除尘工艺对25 000 kV.A×2电炉进行上料系统的粉尘进行治理。治理设施分为密封室、缓尘回流除尘室、3 kW的小型滤袋除尘器。除尘效率达99%以上,粉尘捕集率大于95%。除尘器设置在料仓及皮带运输机上部,不占地、投资少、除尘效果好、运行费用低,比传统的布袋除尘工艺、电除尘工艺节省投资,并大幅度地节约运行费用。项目投产后除尘效果显著。
