摘要
采取工程、农艺和生物措施,扩大小麦、玉米秸秆全量还田实施规模,促进土壤有机质项目的实施推广结合,做好土肥水和高标准农田建设工作,从而稳定耕地面积和保护耕地质量。介绍了蒙城县耕地质量现状,提出了提高耕地质量的宏观政策和技术措施。
Taking engineering,agronomic and biological measures,wheat and maize straw returning full quantity scale were expanded,and the implementation of the project promotion combination of soil organic matter were promoted,and soil water and high standard farmland construction were done well,in order to insure stable cultivated land area and protection of cultivated land quality.Cultivated land quality present situation of Mengcheng County were introduced,and the macro policy and technical measures to improve cultivated land quality were put forward.
