Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Modern Farmers Education Training

我国加快推进农业现代化进程中需要大批文化技能水平高、开拓创新意识强、善经营、会管理的新型农民,教育培训是实现新型农民的智力支持和保障。通过分析当前农民科技文化的现状,提出了通过教育培训农民来推进农业现代化的对策。

Promoting Chinese agricultural modernization process needs a large number of the new farmer who have high culture skill level,strong sense of pioneering and innovative,good management.Education and training is intellectual support and security of the realization of a new type farmer.Through the analysis of current situation of current farmer,countermeasures of promoting agriculture modernization through education and training of farmers were put forward.
